1. Initial consultation
We start with a chat to understand your specific needs, property type and any concerns you may have.
Post acceptance of our fee proposal, we will on your behalf, arrange access with the homeowner, agent or representative.
2. The Inspection
Our inspections meticulously assess all accessible areas where safely able i.e. roofs, exterior, interior, roofspace, subfloor, outbuildings and services i.e. plumbing, electrical and moisture testing.
3. Post Inspection
Within 24 hours and often the same day, we will provide an email summary of the site findings to give you a heads up to have these items raised for repair or start the negotiation process.
4. Invoice & Payment
During preparing the report, a payment claim is emailed and upon payment confirmation the report is released.
